Eagles View thinks a little differently when it comes to your recruiting investment.
Unlike most recruiters, we typically don’t work on a percentage of base pay model (20% is common), so our focus is on selecting the best candidate, not the most expensive candidate. We charge a flat fee for each position we place, based on the job requirements: Inside Sales, Outside Sales, Management, or VP level. We will, however, work on a percentage basis if that’s your preference.
A small down payment is required to confirm that both parties are invested in the process. Our commitment is to find you three great candidates per opening; your commitment affirms that you are ready to proceed once we find the right person.
The investment in a candidate will vary depending upon their career level and experience.
